Jen has been grateful to work with individuals, their families, other care providers, and community members in several roles. She has worked in academic, hospital, outpatient, and community settings largely focused on working with under-resourced communities.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Catholic University of America, a Master of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
